3. Open LrC and start free trial then close app [SKIP if LrC trial already started]
4. Run PATCH PKG file

- AIO includes AntiCC, installer and patch
- Steps outlined may not be the only "road to victory" but they should work in all situations

  1. Pippo Franco says:

Hi all, is it safe to give access to my keychain?

  2. TERMINAL says:

    it Works As it Says

“All you need to activate trail somehow for the account you are about to login in the atleast once to make the work”
if app confirms that its logged into Trail account it instantly unlock “develop module”
Aagin saying all you need atleast you need to login once to app with a trail account.
there are some methods to get trail without cc if you have cc activate and cancel it

no other method works logging in using trail account is must…

kudos to cracker…it will help us a lot…

    • Mathhg says:

I have installed the app and started a trial. Then i can go to the develop module.
However, when i run the patch and restart the app, i have no request permission and the develop module is lock. Any clue ?

  3. Alex says:

Adobe charged me 12.19 euro how do I stop the charge my credit card I used to initiate the trial period?

  4. l1n says:

    Seems everyone’s path is different…
The tutorial in description didn’t work for me either, but the comment section helps a lot.
Finally got it (11.5) working on BigSur, intel iMac 2017. Though I believe OS version has nothing to do with it anyway.

How this workaround/patch works (my simplified understanding/explanation):

This patch seems to patch the trial status judgement part of the program, so literally you have to have a working trial version (so all the credential stuffs), then this patch makes sure your trial status on the patched app doesn’t expire, or even if it do expire, it overrides the switch so you still have all the functions.
Understanding this is important because chances are you have to figure your way out.

    My way:
    1. Get a working CC, login, just like you are a legitimate user. CC will create some credentials in the keychain, that is a mandatory pre-requisition to have a working trial copy. If you manually delete those things, try reinstall.
    2. Install the “install.app”, but you may encounter some error, so right click, click “show package content”, navigate to “Contents/MacOS/install”, run “install”. If MacOS say it’s from unidentified developers or so, go to system preference – security, click “open anyway”, you know the drill.
    3. Run the patch, but don’t install yet, read carefully the instructions on the right side. For all those instructions, I found this to be the most accurate and works for me.

    ### Instructions from the patch:
Lightroom Classic 11.5 U2B PATCH [RiD]

    Prerequisites:
    – AntiCC or Adobe CC Desktop app installed
    – Signed in w/ Adobe ID [“Adobe User Info” in MacOS Keychain]
    – Lightroom Classic 11.5 installed
    – Lightroom Classic trial started
    – Online w/ no connections blocked on first run

    Setup:
    1. Run PATCH PKG file
    2. Run Lightroom Classic
    3. Select “Always Allow” for all keychain permission requests
    ### End of the instruction from the patch.

    4. Do as the patch’s instruction says: 1. Run the app, allow for credential access, or the develop module will be grey, start a trial if you haven’t, mine expired a long time ago but it’s still OK. 2. Quit the app, run the patch. 3. Run the app, GIVE it access for credentials. Quit and reopen, check if it’s working, 4. You should be good to go.

    Other stuffs:
If you encounter the keychain ask for Chromium…. select allow, it’s OK, it’s for the map module.
I don’t find myself need to uninstall CC or block network connection, YMMV.

  5. Saf says:

Is anyone else having issues with the develop module? I’ve tried turning on/off the gpu in performance settings and no luck.

  6. Dawid says:

Do you have to sign up for the free Adobe trial for this to work?

  7. Arthur P. Dent says:

Will we ever see version 12 on here? This is getting ridiculous.

  8. Alessandro Sinigaglia says:

I have followed the main instructions
Install and sign into CC Desktop app w/ Adobe ID [SKIP if already signed in]
    2. Run Install.app in INSTALLER DMG to install app
    3. Open LrC and start free trial then close app [SKIP if LrC trial already started]
    4. Run PATCH PKG file

And I was able to get the develop module work. Apparently the only way the patch works is after you start the the free trial( for this you need to add a credit card or link PayPal account), the patch will extend the trial period from 7 days to 10K+ days making it unlimited basically.

The Method indicated by Alex Aug 22 doesn’t work

  9. Alessandro says:

Dev module grayed out, I followed Alex guide August 22 but not working.

  10. zzzzz says:

What worked for me at the end of 10 hours of trying was this:

-> I think at one point I made it work with just CC and no credit card but I didnt press “Always Allow” (Only pressed allow) so it was popping everytime I open the app and I thought it was broken. So I did the method below.

    1. Start fresh. Use UnAntiCC.app if you used AntiCC.app before. (Sits in the same folder)
    2. Uninstalled everything (clean all) with Creative Cloud cleaner.
    3. Cleaned everything “Adobe”search in KeyChain app. (the default keychains section).
    4. Restart pc.
    5. Created new gmail account. Go into Lightroom website and started
“Get a free trial of Lightroom.”. Login with new gmail account, used credit card for the trial (you can cancel after it)(probably not required)
    6. Download the Creative Cloud app, install it, login with you apple/security password when asked and with your gmail account.
    7. The Trial should already be started if you used the credit card method. (Dont download the app from CC menu use the downloaded file)
    8. Use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove ONLY Creative Cloud app.
    9. Install AntiCC (if errors always try right click show package content, and look for install)
    8. (DENY EVERY REQUEST FOR KEYCHAIN only allow the security password to install the app –>) Install LightRoom. Inside open Lightroom Classic 11.5 U2B INSTALLER [RiD] > right click install.app > click show package contents > click contents > click macOS > click Install (DENY EVERY REQUEST FOR KEYCHAIN)
    9. Do not open the app after installation.
    10. INSTALL Patch Lightroom Classic 11.5 U2B PATCH [RiD] (Use Right click method if doesnt open)
    11. (Dont press enter after typing password –>) Now When launching Lightroom program type your security password AND PRESS –> ALWAYS ALLOW <– so it doesnt popup anymore. Do it for every popup maybe 4 or 5 times. (The passowrd is your usual security password that it asks when installing apps not the adobe account one)
    12. Develop thing should work now. Now need to wait to see if it works after 7 days.

is after installing and logging into CC (with credit card 7 day trial) installed

  11. radz says:

I left my M1 at 12.3.1 just for this program, can anyone confirm if this works on 13.1?

  12. terminator says:

These releases never work for me 🙁 I’m on m1 macbook pro and it always shows some error. This time it says “we can’t install on this machine” I gave up.

  13. Germi says:

I have installed Lightroom 11.5 on a Mac with BigSur and it is running. However, I have to assign the catalogue every time I start it. The developer module does not work. I get the message: “An error occurred while trying to switch between modules”. The developer module is not greyed out.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

    • ChessMaster says:

Lightroom 11.5 works with Mac Intel / Monetrey.
Proceed as described in post by Alex dated Aug 7, 2022.
No need to close / deinstall CC desktop.
Refuse any attempts to prompt password or gain keychain access during installation.
But DO allow Adobe keychain access when starting up LR after patch was installed.

      • xrayos says:

I have mine installed on Intel iMac also, but after install/patch and every reboot it keeps asking for keychain access before starting up LR

    • Alessandro says:

I have installed Lightroom 11.5 on a MacBook Pro with BigSur 11.7.2 and it is running, however the development module is grayed out., I followed Alex Aug 22 guide so without starting the trial process .. shall I instead follow this guidance? I am confused
      1. Install and sign into CC Desktop app w/ Adobe ID [SKIP if already signed in]
      2. Run Install.app in INSTALLER DMG to install app
      3. Open LrC and start free trial then close app [SKIP if LrC trial already started]
      4. Run PATCH PKG file

The Develop Tab in the app is not working.

But DO allow Adobe keychain access when starting up LR after patch was installed.

  15. Intel says:

Anyone know a version or way to get it working for Intel Mac (not M1) – I either get a greyed out Develop page, or the trial warning message. Tried countless times via various methods, no success. Willing to go older versions.

    • Chessmaster says:

For trial without credit card, you can try as business team member or use a virtual credit card (ex: DoNotPay)

  17. Angus MacGyver says:

I got Adobe’s dreaded “unlicensed application” on the computer and giving me a 10-day countdown to deactivation. Any suggestions on how to undo it? I really don’t want to lose 15 years worth of edits. I tried running the crack multiple times.

  18. mike says:

    Lightroom 2023 please!

  19. akash says:

    errror 146 at 92% installation

  20. LostPerson says:

I tried the below method and it does not work for me on Intel Mac with 11.5. Development module is still greyed out, I even did clean install by completely erasing Lightroom and starting from scratch tried multiple times but every time development module is blocked.

11.4.1 confirmed to fully work with develop mode on my m1 Mac.

    Breakdown step guide:
    1. Download Adobe Creative Cloud from their offical website and log in with a legitimate account
Note: I did not begin a trial for Lightroom as it is not necessary

After downloading the .dmg there are 3 files and txt file
    2. Inside open Lightroom Classic 11.4.1 U2B AIO [RiD] > right click install.app > click show package contents > click contents > click macOS > click Install
If prompted by Adobe DENY EVERY SINGLE REQUEST for keychain. You have already established keychain when you downloaded Adobe CC officially.
If you put your password in for keychain develop mode WILL STOP WORKING
DO put your password in to install Lightroom 11.4.1

    3. Install the Lightroom Classic 11.4.1 U2B AIO [RiD].pkg
    This is the patch

I did not need to install AntiCC as downloading the offical Adobe Creative Cloud was sufficient

    4. After installing Lightroom 11.4.1 and the patch.pkg you may be prompted to put your password in for keychain
AGAIN DENY EVERY REQUEST or else develop mode is known to grey out and stop functioning

To prevent the pop up for keychain access:
    1. Search for Keychain Access
    2. In Default Keychain – Login, search for Adobe and delete every single yellow icon certificate named Adobe

Now if you open Lightroom it will not request for keychain access and it will function properly, including develop mode.

I also tried the method listed by the site

    RiD install & release notes:
    1. Install and sign into CC Desktop app w/ Adobe ID [SKIP if already signed in]
    2. Run Install.app in INSTALLER DMG to install app
    3. Open LrC and start free trial then close app [SKIP if LrC trial already started]
    4. Run PATCH PKG file

    – AIO includes AntiCC, installer and patch
    – Steps outlined may not be the only “road to victory” but they should work in all situations
    – “Signed in” means a valid “Adobe User Info” secure note is present in MacOS Keychain
    – CC Desktop app is only required to create “Adobe User Info” in Keychain…
AntiCC can be used AFTER this secure note is created…
Use Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove ONLY CC Desktop app then install AntiCC

This also did not work, again tried multiple times on Intel Mac and with clean install (even made new CC Accounts) but still Develop Module does not work

    • John Laker says:

      You. Are. Amazing

    • Anakin says:

      Great, it worked! Thank you!

    • Envy says:

Does anyone know a working version or solution for Intel Mac? I don’t specifically need/want 11.5 – willing to go a bit lower versions as long as it works. 11.4.1 was working until recently. The error I am getting is “This unlicensed Adobe app will be disabled soon”. The user “SK” states below to allow Adobe keychain access when starting up LR after patch was installed – but that doesn’t work anymore.

      • Arthur P. Dent says:

Use a firewall, such as Little Snitch or Radio Silence, to block Lightroom, and it will work fine. After it’s running, you can turn it off if you need to use the publish features.

    • Anon says:

I was having as much trouble as you were. The thing that fixed it for me was to follow the first set of instructions (i.e. install AdobeCC and login, then run lightroom installer without allowing any keychain access, then install the patch) but on the first run of lightroom after the patch, I denied the keychain request to access the adobe licensing information, but allowed the request for “login”. Develop module is fully working for me now.

This was for Lightroom 11.5 on M1 pro running MacOS 13.0 (Ventura).

      • DR says:

If at some point I must have enabled keychain access during install, how do I reset that?

When I install, I get no requests for Keychain access. But I do after I patch and run the program.

    • me says:

was getting ‘unlicensed adobe app has been disabled’ so i uninstalled and did this whole process again, and it still isnt working

    • sharam says:

Thanks a lot! It worked like a charm. Running on ventura

  21. pitonsur says:

    anyway to use it offline?

  22. SK says:

Lightroom 11.5 works with Mac Intel / Monetrey.
Proceed as described in post by Alex dated Aug 7, 2022.
No need to close / deinstall CC desktop.
Refuse any attempts to prompt password or gain keychain access during installation.
But DO allow Adobe keychain access when starting up LR after patch was installed.

    • CKM says:

THANKS! I’ve been trying to install it for hours…. key step: DO ALLOW Adobe keychain after installing the patch.

    • mavtop says:

I installed it several times but i can;t get it working, the develop module is off

It doesn’t ask anymore access to the keychain.

If have any hint, if you can describe the passes you used to have it working or link to the Alex post

      • mavtop says:

Internet connection would be off while installing or when running the first time (no patch still installed)

I have lulu installed and while installing it ask to have internet access and i block it all

Is this the right way to do ?

    • Hedgenator says:

I can confirm that this works! Thanks!
      (Monterey 12.6. Macbook Pro 2015)

    • vittorio says:

hello…do you know if 11.5 work on m1? thanks

  23. marconi says:

When I open app Develop mode is just a gray area. I tried to reinstall it couple of times but nothing fixed it. Can someone help.

  24. Googio says:

Is there a way to bypass this?
Looks like the patch won’t work w/o turning on 7-day trial first?

  27. Jorge says:

Develop module not working (version 11.4.1). Tried reinstalling, now CC desktop says trial expired, won’t let me open Lightroom anymore. Useless.

    now u can install

    – Add Install.app to the full disk access allowed apps under prefs/Privacy…

working fine as native m1 application

  43. unam says:

It works well on my M1 MacBook. However, each run requires the ‘Adobe licensing infomation’ key. Reject works fine, but every time the window runs, it is cumbersome, and if allowed, the develop module does not work. Is there any way to solve it?

  44. LOKI says:

Does it work on apple M1 silicon ??

  45. Porkoa says:

When I try to start the trial mode, CC App/Lightroom asks me to put my credit card details in order to start the trial mode. So I can’t pass this step. I tried creating a new adobe ID, same issue 🙁

  46. Unam says:

works nice on my m1 air including develop module ( 12.4 monterey )

  47. Porkoa says:

Same issue as ruscle, CC app/Lightroom ask for credit card details to start the free trial. Can’t pass this step then… I tried to use a VPN to log from other countries but it didn’t help 🙁

  48. Cali says:

My adobe account says I am in free trial mode. I ran the patch though, any idea why or what to do?

I am confused. I clicked the download button and it downloaded a dmg file but what do I do next? When I run it, it says that it cannot be opened since it’s not trusted and I can’t drag it anywhere. Does anyone know what I am supposed to do next?

  51. ruscle says:

When I want to start the trail, it asks me for signing up for a Yyear. Anybody has a work around how to start the trail?

  52. Tin says:

I can confirm that version 11.4 “Develop” module works perfectly on my M1 Max Mac Studio (macOS Monterey 12.4).
I installed by singing in with Adobe ID via Adobe Creative Cloud app (didn’t use AntiCC).

  53. Alex says:

Can you confirm if it works on mac intel?

  54. Timmy says:

I think I got develop mode working… I made a new adobe account with another email address. This allowed me to start a new 7 day free trial. I then went through the usual process as described in the info.txt

AND HERE IS THE SOLUTION FOR DEVELOP MODE NOT WORKING (GREY)
You have probably installed LR already, no sweat, don’t uninstall.
Start LR and Connect to Creative Cloud and Develop will work.
Now force kill Creative Cloud in your ACTIVITY MONITOR.
    Stop LR
Start LR again and it should work like normal !!

    Thanks for sharing guys
