Crest

Crest is a dynamic notch control panel designed for macOS.

Turning the notch area at the top of your MacBook screen into a readily available action center. It centrally displays currently playing music, the next event, to-dos, clipboard history, system resource status, and saved SSH hosts, and allows for quick control of playback, adding reminders, creating to-dos, and viewing meeting schedules from the notch area. For coding proxies like Claude Code and Codex, Crest pins permission requests to the top of the screen, allowing you to allow or deny actions without leaving the editor or switching windows. The built-in AI assistant can also use existing Claude subscriptions to create reminders, to-dos, and calendar events via text or voice. The software supports multiple monitors, full-screen app hiding, click-through, sleep resume, and low-power optimizations. All modules run locally without collecting or analyzing data, making it suitable for Mac users who need to efficiently manage coding proxies, schedules, media, and system information.
