GapSucker
Information
Description
GapSucker is a macOS menu bar tool for multi-monitor users.
It automatically moves the mouse pointer to the adjacent monitor when there are physical borders, resolution differences, or gaps between screens, preventing the cursor from getting stuck at the screen edge. The software determines the direction of pointer movement and the monitor layout, only performing the jump when the user is moving towards the adjacent screen, creating a near-continuous desktop experience across multiple independent screens. It supports various multi-monitor arrangements and allows quick toggling of the cursor jump function from the menu bar. Status indicators show whether it’s running, disabled, or requires authorization, allowing users to quickly check their work progress. The program runs in the background with low system resource consumption, making it suitable for scenarios requiring frequent cross-screen operations, such as design, development, data analysis, and daily office work. GapSucker requires macOS 10.15 or later and access to system accessibility features; authorization is required to detect cursor position and perform cross-screen transfers.
