Meetly is a native macOS menu bar meeting reminder tool designed for freelancers.

Consultants, remote collaborators, and users who need to handle multiple client calendars simultaneously. It will not replace existing calendar apps but will serve as a reliable reminder safety net, alerting users before meetings start with full-screen coverage, real-time countdowns, and prominent action buttons to prevent ordinary notification banners from being ignored. The software can read calendar events from macOS Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, Exchange, and more, and automatically recognize meeting links like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, allowing users to join meetings with one click from the reminder window, menu bar, or shortcut panel. Meetly supports keyboard-first operations, reminders later, conflict detection, repeated meeting merge, silent periods, calendar control of sound and coverage, and iCloud can sync add, ignore, and remind states across multiple Macs. It also values privacy, has no backend servers, and calendar data is kept locally or in the user’s own iCloud, making it ideal for macOS users who want low-distractions, highly reliable meeting reminders.
