It supports establishing clear phases for each project, setting deadlines, viewing real-time progress bars, and automatically categorizing tasks as to-do, in-progress, or completed. Together with Backlog, it keeps unscheduled ideas to avoid omissions. The app can mark Active focus stages for milestones, continuously highlighting them at the top of the list to help you focus on the most important step right now. It also offers customizable project icons, colors, statuses, and labels, with an interface more like a visual workspace. The app natively supports iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Vision Pro, with iCloud sync, Claude and shortcut linkage, balancing privacy, efficiency, and cross-device collaboration.
