NAPMAC is a trap alert tool running in the Mac menu bar.

NapMac It uses local AI and Apple’s Vision framework to read the camera image in real time, recognize the state of eye opening, and calculate the duration of eye closure. If the set threshold is exceeded, it immediately triggers an alert. It comes with 14 built-in alarm modes, including various sounds and fun voice prompts, and supports automatic volume increase and screen flashing as backup reminders. The software uses fully native processing, does not upload raw videos or photos, is notarized by Apple and supports Gatekeeper, protecting privacy while maintaining low resource usage during monitoring. Users can also set working hours, view detailed statistics, automatically generate sharing cards in the “CAUGHT NAPPING” style, and save the snapshot records to a dedicated desktop folder for easy display and sharing.
