Characterized by an Italian grandmother residing in the notch area of ​​your Mac, it accompanies you in managing everyday tasks. Normally, it sits quietly in the notch area as a narrow strip, gently reminding you at set times to drink water, take a walk, rest your eyes, water plants, or contact friends and family. It supports marking tasks as completed and setting reminders to wait. Users can view their personal reminders and recurring habits in a unified management window, adjust reminder intervals, individually turn habits on or off, and even pause reminders for an hour to align with their daily work schedule. When entering reminder content, Nonna can recognize the time from the text, allowing users to check and create reminders. Currently, it supports English and Spanish. The grandmother character displays different emotions depending on whether a task is completed or a reminder is postponed, adding a friendly interactive feedback to daily check-ins. The software requires no account registration, contains no ads, analytics, or tracking, and does not make network requests; reminder data is only stored locally. Reminders are displayed while Nonna is running, making it suitable for Mac users who want to manage daily tasks and establish regular habits in a low-disruption way.
