The software integrates widgets, real-time actions, and a file shelf at the top of the screen, making the notch area a readily accessible entry point for functions, and offering rich personalization options for users to adjust the user experience. Its self-developed HDR glass shader can create a liquid glass style on macOS 15, combined with scrolling and swiping interactions, ensuring the top interface balances visual appeal and operational feedback. For screens without a notch, NOOTCH! provides the same functionality in a compact handle shape, and supports multi-monitor environments, not limited to screens with a built-in notch. The software requires at least macOS 15.6, and the currently provided version is 0.1-beta, a closed beta version. A test key is required to run the software; the same test key can be used on up to two Macs and supports automatic acquisition of subsequent test updates. Users can submit issues and suggestions via Discord to participate in the improvement of future versions.
