Photos Workbench

Photos Workbench is a photo organization tool that works with the Apple Photos app for Mac.

Integrating batch title editing, location tagging, keyword management, star ratings, and photo comparison into a single workflow. You can generate descriptive titles using shooting date, time, camera brand and model, image size, and sequence number, and batch replace or delete text in existing titles, making photos easier to identify and search. Photos Workbench The software provides large maps, supports drag-and-drop for adding locations, moving pins to correct locations, and automatically matches locations to photos taken along the route based on GPS device or track logs generated by the application. A customizable keyword panel and one-click shortcuts facilitate quick addition or removal of tags, while one- to five-star ratings help differentiate photo quality and relevance, and albums can be filtered by rating. For burst shots or multiple versions of the same photo, you can select suitable photos for editing, printing, or sharing by viewing two images side-by-side and keeping the best ones in each round. The software requires macOS 12 Monterey or later and is optimized for Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
