SADFinder
Information

Description
SADFinder is a Finder alternative file management tool for macOS.
Redesigned to align with Finder’s user habits in terms of keyboard operation, path navigation, file movement, window layout, SADFinder and directory search. Users can press Enter to enter folders, Delete to move items to the Trash, and use keyboard shortcuts to return to the parent directory, rename files in place, copy files, or access quick views. The input path bar allows direct pasting or typing of locations, SADFinder eliminating the need to navigate through directories. The software offers multiple tabs and independent windows, allowing users to cut files using Cmd X and paste them into other tabs, enabling true cross-directory movement. Current folder searches can be instantly filtered without switching to Spotlight; built-in window management supports arranging windows in half-screen, quarter-screen, or full-screen layouts using the keyboard. Desktop directories can be managed in the sidebar like regular folders, and frequently used locations can be added to favorites. Users can also switch between six views—compact list, details, icons, gallery, and columns—using Cmd and the scroll wheel, and choose from seventeen built-in themes—glass, dark, high-contrast, or minimalist—to suit their preferences. The in-app keyboard shortcut quick reference table makes it easy to look up operations at any time, especially suitable for users who are switching from Windows to Mac, prefer keyboard workflow, or want to improve the efficiency of batch file organization.
