Splice is a quick emoji and GIF input tool for macOS.

Bringing a colon-triggered method and GIF search similar to Slack into any input scenario, allowing users to find the right response in chat, email, documents, or collaboration tools with just a few keystrokes. It supports displaying matching emojis in inline candidate format after entering trigger words like ‘sparkles’, and combines fuzzy search, frequency sorting, and shortcut number selection to reduce manual search time. The app also offers a complete Emoji Board and GIF Board, suitable for browsing, searching, and inserting emojis or GIFs. GIFs can be sent as links or files, and you can also collect frequently used GIFs and configure custom keywords. Keyboard shortcuts and trigger methods are adjustable, making it more suitable for heavy chat sessions, community management, remote collaboration, and Mac users who like to express their tone through emojis.
