StreamWriter Studio

StreamWriter Studio is a native internet radio recording tool for macOS and Windows.

It allows you to continuously record your favorite music stations in the background and automatically identifies song boundaries based on streaming metadata, splitting continuous broadcasts into independent audio files. The software automatically adds artist, title, and actual album art to each song, allowing recordings to be directly integrated into your local music library. You can start recording immediately, set up scheduled tasks, or record any number of stations simultaneously. Built-in smart filtering skips ads and program intros, the waveform editor allows for precise trimming of beginnings and endings by the second, and playlists make it easy to organize and save your recordings. Recordings can be saved in their original quality or in a more space-saving MP3 format, and organized music can be synced to iPhones and iPads for offline listening anytime. The software is compatible with Apple Silicon, Intel, and x64 devices and uses a one-time license model, not relying on a monthly subscription.
