It permanently blacks out text, numbers, and faces in screenshots, photos, and multi-page documents. Users can manually draw masking bars and freely move, scale, or delete them. Automatic detection quickly identifies email addresses, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, bank card numbers, IP addresses, and faces. Users can also input specified words or numbers to batch mask all matching content in a document and use fuzzy matching to identify similar spellings and OCR discrepancies. TopSecret The software supports importing materials from photos or documents, allowing for page-by-page editing or scanning all pages at once. It also allows saving editable sessions containing masked areas for later processing. Upon export, the image pixels are reconstructed and the PDF is rasterized. The original content below the masked area is permanently removed and cannot be selected, copied, or restored. All text and face detection is performed locally on the device using the Apple Vision framework, requiring no account, relying on the network, and not collecting telemetry data. Completed copies can be shared directly via File, Email, Messages, or AirDrop.
