LinguaX is a native menu bar tool for macOS 13 and above, designed for third-party mouse experiences.

Holding down voice input, and switching between automatic input methods. It supports Apple Silicon and Intel Mac, allowing any USB or Bluetooth mouse to enjoy a smoother scrolling feel, and offers detailed adjustments such as scroll curve, step, speed gain, and inertia duration, as well as individual app overwrite settings. Users can map side buttons, long presses, clicks, and drag-and-drop directions to launch apps, system controls, media operations, or custom scripts, reducing redundant operations. LinguaX can also map the mouse side buttons to holding down the Fn or Globe keys, enabling a stop-and-release voice dictation experience, and supports automatic input method switching by app or website domain, making multilingual writing, development, chatting, and web work more seamless. The software is lightweight, requires no account, does not install drivers, does not collect telemetry data, and is locally saved by rules, making it ideal for Mac users who prioritize stability, privacy, and efficient workflows.
