NotePlus

NotePlus is a native Markdown note-taking application developed by the TablePlus team.

Supporting macOS, iOS, and Windows, it integrates note-taking, to-do lists, Kanban management, and AI dialogue into a single workflow. The editor uses a WYSIWYG interface, displaying titles, lists, tables, code blocks, and images as you type, eliminating the need for a separate preview panel. Notes can be linked using double square brackets. Content is saved as pure Markdown files in the user’s own folder and can be synced via iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or Dropbox. No account registration is required to take notes. Private notes are encrypted and can be unlocked using a password and Touch ID or Face ID on supported devices. The Mac version automatically relocks after a period of inactivity. The built-in Kanban board organizes tasks using columns, cards, and colors. AI chat supports connecting to various model services using a self-provided API key, and NotePlus content can be read and updated in the note sidebar. The application offers several customizable color themes and receives webhook messages from scripts, continuous integration tasks, or other services via Hub, allowing users to view notifications on their Mac and iPhone.
