TabBarForExcel

TabBarForExcel is a native Office productivity tool.

For macOS that adds an intuitive document tab bar to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The software displays currently open documents, workbooks, and presentations as a row of tabs at the top of the window. Clicking a tab brings the corresponding file to the foreground, eliminating the need to repeatedly expand window menus, navigate to the dispatch center, or search through file lists. TabBarForExcel The tab bar moves and resizes with the currently active Office window, always docked at the top of the window to avoid obscuring content. Its width is adjustable, occupying up to 80% of the screen width, and it remembers the last setting. The tab bar only appears when Word, Excel, or PowerPoint has focus and automatically hides when you leave Office. It can also be manually shown or collapsed using keyboard shortcuts. TabBarForExcel TabBar runs from the system menu bar, without displaying a separate window or Dock icon, and does not install plugins to Office. It supports on-demand login activation. The software only recognizes the names of open files and performs window switching; it does not read, modify, or upload file content, and requires no account or login. It natively supports Apple Silicon and Intel Macs and offers English, German, Spanish, and Hebrew interfaces, with the Hebrew interface adapted for a right-to-left layout.
